I came on 12/14/2020 to receive the parcel, and they tell me to pay 45 UAH for storage, although earlier, a month. 3-4 days ago I received parcels in 7-12 days and did not pay anything. The package costs 20-30 UAH. I still have to pay more for it than it costs. This is normal? They said in the post office if they have more than 5 days, then they have to pay for storage. Why, if this is true, I was not notified about it via SMS?

On the 22nd they sent me a parcel, on the 25th it arrived in Kropyvnytskyi, from the 26th the parcel goes to the pick-up point. I asked for the parcel on the 29th, they said it would be in the afternoon, in the end it was the 31st and the parcel should go to the pickup point! The most inadequate and slow mail, never contact it, they still grow and grow before New mail !!! Take care of your nerves!
