Small gym with basic equipment.. but serves the purpose if u want to keep in shape while in a holiday in Smila. There is a Smith machine .. back machines.. legs .. and 1 chest press .. nothing much for shoulders .. free dumbelles up to 30kg. Locker room is small but ok .. There is a toilet. Daily fee is 50 which is cheap. Ppl inside the gym are nice but sometimes they can't wait until u finish and they stand above yr head staring at u.

Well equipped room. Always greeted by friendly administrators who can prepare you a freshly squeezed juice or protein shake. Trainers can develop a program for any needs, taking into account all wishes, plus a personal diet, which is also very important !!!
