In the description of the service it is said that the massage lasts 1.5 hours, in fact, the procedure lasted an hour and this is with dressing / undressing. The receptionist said, "Well, 1.5 hours, well, until you undress." But in the end it all took an hour, and it was announced one and a half !!!!! An SMS came with a request for a recall, left her feedback, and then the director called back, which was very pleasantly surprised. Hopefully the situation will be corrected. I am glad that the bosses take care of the reputation from the salon.
