Warehouses and offices are rented: "Furniture Master", "Shipshina", "Astrea" and many more different companies and emergency situations. It happens that fruits are brought for storage or freezing - it smells like raspberries all over the base ... Offices are well heated (autonomous boiler room), repairs are being made in all rooms, glass windows have been changed almost everywhere. Almost throughout the territory they laid new asphalt. Snow is cleared on time (it has its own equipment), and not in the spring ... There are no rodents in warehouses and in refrigerators. Internal security at the base and the delivery of premises to the console. Theft - no, security is present around the clock. Refrigerators are monitored regularly, the declared temperature in the chambers from 0 to -24 is maintained without interruption. In the state - with all access levels the power engineer, cold engineer or whatever they call them ... Ramps, loaders, movers, loading and unloading, safekeeping - everything is present. Rental prices for warehouses, offices, refrigerators are average. Most of the customers have been using the services of the Soyuzaropromservice base for 20 years already.
