How is there no connection? And how did I make the call? My signal level was four divisions. And friends called without problems. And I liked the place. Really good. However, I was only at and near the bar. But what I saw made a good impression. Cozy arbors, curtains of transparent fabric, built-in LED backlight, spacious veranda, just a huge hall with a nice interior, which, however, does not cause the feeling of emptiness - everything looks modern and comfortable.
