If you liked (and if you're old enough to remember) the old-fashioned barber shops from years ago, then you'll like Frisor. It's like stepping back in time to where your barber takes his time to give you the haircut you want and isn't trying to get the maximum customers through the chair per hour he can. I have been multiple times now and Viktor always does a great job. Now I am an American who is struggling a little with the local language, so I appreciate that Viktor speaks English very well. And if you're like me, you may as well. Prices? For me, who used to pay over $25 in the States for an in-and-out of the modern salon chair 20 minute cut (that looked like a 20 minute cut), prices here are great. 200₴ for a great job by a great barber. A touch of nostalgia and a great haircut. You can't go wrong with that.
