We signed up for a couple of weeks with a child for an ultrasound complex. The girl wrote down the data and we arrived on time for our time. Arriving with my husband and a small child, we stood at the reception for another 30 minutes !!! Attention - during the first 20 minutes the girl was distracted by the familiar patients who had come out, then she said wait for my remark, another 10 minutes later a boy some acquaintance ran up to them at the table, naturally she shouted to me again, wait, then she began to ask the data that she asked two weeks ago to sign up for a referral and write a check! Rare boorish! I had to turn around and leave! Of course, after 40 minutes, the child could no longer wait and sit on a highchair in the corridor, began to run, half of the ultrasound could not be done due to the delay of the staff itself, and yes, they lost me as a client! the husband was from the night shift, the child is already starting to get nervous, if this institution had service and customer focus, then everything would be done quickly! I have no words, I will write that the freaks are simple !!!
