Today, on February 22, 2020 at about 11-00, the employees of the 1st Battalion, 4 companies of the UPP Sergeant Dmitry Vlasyuk and his colleagues approached me with a disabled person of the 2nd group, near Sobornaya Street (near the Central Station) and made a protocol for stopping me under the sign which forbids it. I explained to them that under this sign there is also a sign 7.18, which allows the disabled, to which they smile, saying that the disabled sign is crossed out and therefore does not work. This speaks of inconsistency and ignorance of the rules by the UPP officials, and possibly the planned abuse of people. I will appeal to the court, the leadership, the prosecutor's office regarding the reaction to the "actions" of the UPP employees. The minutes were drawn with a smile and advised to go to court if something is not pleasant.

Police Department neglects court decision !!!!!! For the first time in my life, I see that what was decided by the court was to a certain extent a "light bulb" of the police !!!!
