On April 14, 2020, I visited Oschadbank for the first time at 42 Hrushevskoho Avenue. It was a terrible impression that, having stood in a long "quarantine" queue, I was forced to go to another branch because the cashier did not accept my utility bills in another city and sent them to Privatbank. While in the branch of Oschadbank on Danylo Halytsky Street, I paid everything instantly without unnecessary questions. It all depends on the competence of employees.

Awful terminal in the ward, steals money and they don't count. Technical support does not help, they are forced to make statements and seek justice on their own. I do not advise at all to have a case with Sberbank. Fraud Servants.

They declined to accept payment, because the requisites were on the check of another bank. Were very busy talking over the phone. There were no queues. And in another branch Savings Bank paid no problem.
