She continued to criticize us, discuss with the staff and sarcastically. I didn’t start a dialogue with her, proving something, because I didn’t want to spoil my mood. Watching how she communicates with other visitors, I realized that she is rude to everyone indiscriminately. It's a pity for the elderly, whom she just mocks 😭 This is her manner of communication, upset people right at the entrance I want to summarize my review by the fact that Tatyana Fedorovna cannot hold the position of a registrar (She is absolutely not client-oriented, she cannot work with people (Prof. unsuitable) I ask the head physician to pay attention to the behavior of the employee from the registry, Tatyana Fedorovna. I am sure many visitors were subjected to her malicious boorish attitude.
