Be ready, this is a guest house - not just a hotel as usually happens in Ukraine) you are actually coming to someone's house as a guest, though for money, and it is not at all bad) Street was paved and haven't seen much place to park. In case you come with a car - can park near Virmenska ratusha. Local drivers do not know the place, look for a nice looking greenish house (no signage). As a good guest you arrive on time, or let them know you are coming. Inside you have to leave your boots or footwear at the door and change to slippers. You get a key to the house. You are offered nicest placement options, and if the host feels good, she can cook you a breakfast (i preferred options in the city just to have more time for sightseeing). Rooms were really nice, warm enough (December is not that chill this year). Hosts are really nice and we are thankful for the stay

Once inside your room everything was good. But finding this place was a real challenge as there is zero signage and the address even had some locals stumped when i stopped to ask for help. They were irritatingly focused on their check-in time making sure to mention it and stick to it at all costs so don't show up early looking for love.. none to be had. But once inside, it was great. Rooms were clean, bathroom very nice and the host i dealt with was very sweet and helpful. Lots of potential here if we could work on some of the issues mentioned here... Especially seeing as the overnight train from Kiev arrives at 9ish in the morning.

Superb place for the fair price, in the middle of old town with own small parking, you can use kitchen, fridge , washing machine and very nice terrace with barbecue

Lived at the hotel in February 2021. I liked it very much. We took a junior suite on the second floor and a standard on the third. These are very neat and comfortable rooms. Great location. Near cafes and the historic city center. We were greeted very hospitably! There is a kitchen and dishes. You can cook everything yourself or order at the hotel. Highly recommend.
