Calling and making an appointment with a doctor is problematic, there are a lot of people who want to, but usually from the 10th attempt it is possible. I got several calls back when I could not get through. We went to the X-ray room, the doctor and the nurse were very kind and attentive. Well, in the reception there is the same old problem - the loss of outpatient cards and a long, not always successful search.

Doctors act as if I got sick to spite them. They look for a card for half an hour at the front desk, because they have not learned to read the names in Ukrainian.
