Open rudeness! The situation was this: the child was prescribed an analysis, we went to clarify whether it is possible to pass it ... to this question, I just shouted! (I emphasize on this) answered, what the hell are we doing, if the analysis is taken before 9.00! My emotions were .... it is beyond words !!! Without further ado, I realized that the woman was not herself! And we went to a private clinic so as not to spoil our nerves ... Sometimes it is easier to pay than to go through all these seven circles in the state. institutions ... Was there really such a reaction to my question ?! Or you could calmly say, come tomorrow before 9 o'clock and you will be happy ... Thanks to such employees, there is a general impression and opinion about the organization, and this is sad ... such an attitude is far from the first time, and judging by other reviews, I am not the only one ... This is my first negative review! It just boiled!

I visited this institution again today. The queue to the ophthalmologist amazed me ... It seems like you can sign up for a while, but ... Having won my time, I still entered the office. There, a nurse and a doctor searched for me in the database for a long time, and then I realized what the difficulty was to get an appointment in due time. Working with a computer is difficult for an elderly person, there is little understanding of how to do it and where, what to click to find the right patient. After examining the child in a dark room, the doctor said that a one-year-old child needs to pump ATROPIN for 3 days to examine the fundus. I was puzzled, hasn't this doctor heard of safer drops these days !? To the question: "Can I do something else?" - the answer came that it should be so ... Regarding the clinic as a whole: good repair, it is nice to go to a clinic where everything is colorful and civil. The child especially likes owls, whose drawings hang on the walls. It is very difficult to get through to the registry, but if you really want to, you can. Although you don't have to go to make an appointment, which is very pleasing. But to get to your time, you also need to try. I would also like to mention such a "wonderful" orthopedist as King. He speaks a lot of clever words, but his knowledge is 0. The child had TB joint dysplasia, went to the head of pediatric traumatology, and wore Freik's pillow for 3 months. After that, the pediatrician wrote out a referral to an orthopedist with suspicion of torticollis. We decided to go to the King, so she did not even look at the child's neck. Seeing the records on the dysplasia on the card, she sent me for an x-ray. Based on its results, she prescribed to wear a splint for another 3 months, the child was already 4 months old at that time. and he tried to roll over, but with a tire it is almost impossible, which made him nervous and cried. We decided to double-check the prescription of the would-be doctor, went to the manager, who said that the abduction angles were already good and we no longer needed the bus ... So the competence of the doctors of this beautiful polyclinic needs to be checked, either from their own experience or from reviews. Do not be ill.

Against the background of the expensive repair of the clinic, according to all European standards, taking into account the needs of any patients, they forgot to change only one of the people who work there! Having received an electronic referral to a specialist does not guarantee a hit and an appointment without nerves and queues, elek; there is a native system, but no one can work, they make an appointment with a doctor in the old-fashioned way, knowing that he will not be on the spot that day! The question "Why" appears? Not a single person knows the answer.

Repair did not improve the situation either with the registry or with the qualifications of doctors. Soiled eyes are called. Doctors are bold and lazy to examine normally. There are snails in the registry who make a lot of mistakes in addresses and surnames. Everyone is sitting as if they owe something. What can I say, even if the woman was skewed in the wardrobe, when we approached to hand over things. One negative. God forbid to get here yet.
