Do not refund money for defective goods. 08/19/2020 bought a light bulb for reptiles. 08/27/2020 it burned out, the next day I went to the store for an exchange of goods or a refund, was refused and was politely sent to the hotline. The support service made it clear that the Consumer Protection Law is an empty phrase for them. Everyone knows that within 14 days, consumers have the right to return the product without giving any reason, especially the defective product. In the course of clarifying the circumstances, it was found out that I am not the first one who complains about the quality of these bulbs, but either this information is not communicated to the management or he does not care about customer complaints. The incident is very unpleasant, and this is not the first time that a store has provided a substandard product. I will not recommend it to anyone, in any case. Masterzoo wait for feedback on social networks and on other sites 😉
