And I advise the owner to pay attention to the quality of customer service.

We bought a rat Dumbo, a beautiful little girl, + a cage, + everything else in the end 500 UAH. At home, the rat began to itch and twitch. On the second day, they saw that she was infected with a louse! It's such a rat lice! Now you can immediately spend money on medicines! Disgusting attitude of the staff towards their pets !!

The saleswoman said, "Trust my 7-year experience, it will definitely suit you," she didn't even try it on, although I brought my puppy with me. As a result, the harness did not fit and I saw it already at home, because on the way I tried to adjust it to fit. I call for half an hour, all the time he says "the subscriber is moving". Return the money!!!

A year ago, we took a guinea pig, brought it home, the animal was sluggish, at first thought it was scared, but then we noticed that it doesn’t eat at all and can’t walk, taking it to the veterinarian the next day it turned out that the pig was completely dehydrated and not broken correctly the fused foot, we left for a day in the clinic, and even under the supervision of a doctor she could not be saved. After about 5 months, we decided again to buy a rat-rat from them, at home we considered that a piece of the tail was bitten off or cut off, I do not know. The following ..... the rat grunted initially, thought it was a natural animal sound, since the rat was kept in the first, but the other day it had decreased activity, began to eat little and did not leave the cage, was taken to the veterinarian, made an x-ray, near the rat there were congenital heart problems. We were prescribed medications, injections, vitamins, but this does not cure to the end, how much the animal will survive is not yet known. It follows from these two situations that the store staff does not monitor the pets they are selling, and in my opinion they don’t even care about them. As a person who loves rodents, I endure such situations very hard and during this time I became very attached to a rodent. This store is closed for our family as well as for all our friends !!!!!
