Probably the worst service experience I ever had. I came there to have a dinner with my mom the other day and we were sitting for quite some time without anyone even acknowledging that we’re there. No water was brought to the table - nothing. Finally, when some waitress was passing by, we asked her if we could order the drink at least. That lady turn her heat yo us and was like “Well, ok - what do you want?” What? Is that how you treat your customers? No hello, no apologies for the wait, no smile. If I was not so hungry at that moment I would definitely leave the place right away. This is such a shame that they made a place so pretty on the outside but so rotten on the inside (the stuff). The food was good by the way, but how do they expect people to come back and give them their money after being treated as they were not as important as other customers. Horrible experience, will never come back and will never recommend it to anyone. There are much better places to go within walking distance so don’t waste your money there.

Awful service. I had a glass of wine with a fly inside. When I requested to change it there was not a single apology from the waiter. At the end they charged me for 2 glasses. Our waiter could not speak English, but found himself in a position to teach my boyfriend (without asking) how to eat pasta (rude). Last, but not least, while all other tables had a jug of water and bread sticks served without requesting it we were not offered this service. And the taxi driver that was called from this restaurant did not know the city at all, not to mention that he was extremely impolite. All in all, Mozart is a pretentious place that aims to be the best restaurant in town, but can't provide a proper training for its employees. Service was of a highest disappointment.
