All the time I buy medicines from this pharmacy. The prices are, indeed, significantly lower than in other nearby pharmacies. There are no special complaints about the staff. Quite friendly girls. I don't know what caused some of the hysterical reviews. Probably, capricious young ladies from high society sometimes come to the pharmacy of low prices, who have many claims to others, but not to themselves. And have you tried to speak less and more politely with tired pharmacists? The assortment in the pharmacy is normal, always clean. Girls, if they sometimes move their masks off their faces in order to catch their breath a little (try to breathe in it all day!), Then they are reliably fenced off from visitors by the glass of the cash register. Recently experienced the opportunity to purchase medicines by booking. I ordered only a plate of Askofen, just to check how the circuit works. There were no smirks and discontent with the low-budget order. Everything is very polite and friendly. Now I will use this service all the time. And I advise girls - workers of the pharmacy not to be upset with capricious customers. They, too, sometimes break loose and work out their stresses where it is easier and safer. You don't jump out from behind the counter to shake them or give them valerian! All health!

Kislitsa Irina, ordered through the site YOU, other adequate buyers, before buying anything, give a doctor's prescription and ask if they ordered correctly. You just bought this drug, and only then started asking something. Regarding the composition of the drugs, since this drug is not available, pharmacists cannot open the instructions and study the information. In the end, technologies do not stand still and everyone has an INTERNET if you do not understand something in the doctor's prescription, you can read the instructions on the Internet yourself or ASK YOUR DOCTOR !!! Regarding the delivery, this is a human factor ... I am sure this would have happened to you if you stood up and expressed their claims to YOUR OWN ORDER MADE ON THE INTERNET, thereby distracting the pharmacist. It is clear that the girl is guilty, but mistakes were made on your part. Next time we advise you to ASK pharmacists if you ordered the drug correctly, because there is no return of drugs and this is prescribed in the LAW OF UKRAINE FROM JULY 19, 2005 LAW NUMBER 360. The management will somehow figure it out on its own who to TAKE TO WORK, AND WHO IS NOT !!! GREAT EVENING TO YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful pharmacy, unqualified staff, rude, cannot explain about the composition of drugs, give an incorrect interpretation on the site, and therefore acquired something other than what the doctor attributed, sniff out what they have Awful pharmacy !!! And yet they do not even know how to count, they communicated and gave the wrong change. And what kind of adequate competence can we talk about. Dear Ekaterina, learn to count !!!! Terrible service. I went to the Internet to order with a smile and received rudeness and spoiled mood in response. When asked if I could use the terminal to calculate, they did me a favor, but in fact they grinned all the time. And yes, it is strange to observe a pharmacy in which one employee sits without a mask, and the second on her lips, not even with a tray. And honestly, how many did not go to this pharmacy, they are always rude and dissatisfied. For comparison, before that, the girls were polite, smiling, I can say heaven and earth.

good pharmacy and reasonable prices. online confirmation is quick, but the appeal of one of the staff is very unpleasant. if you came in with a smile, then you are faced with a displeased mine. trying to ask, always responds with displeasure. need to be kinder than a girl)
