A nice place with warm reception. All staff i met were very friendly. The translator did a good job and the doctor was very receptive and gentle withe me. The aierall performance of staff was good. I enjoyed coming here.

It was a nice experience to be treated in your clinic. The doctors are nice and have a very easy way to e[plein and communicate with their patience. Very organaised and service was very good.

OnClinic is the best clinic in kharkov for foreigners in my opinion. the staffs are so nice and smile a lot. very welcaming and hospitable. I will recommend OnClinic to every foreiner I know and that mcludes my friends.

two days ago, I went their at 9 acklock morning, I asked about document, I want to do a medical document,,, they told me OK wait two minutes to give me answer if they can do it, really I wait 1 hour near of them and they did not tell me the answer, then I decided to ask them why I am waiting so long time for answering me, the answer was :they were shock and the staff look to each other and begin to argued between each other (I told you to tell him that we cannot do this document, she answered her no no you didn't told me,) and I was staying at these moment in shock too how they are stubid staff argued with each other, and even they don't ask me sorry of that, this on clinic is a bolshit clinic, it's not respecting people, for me time is most important in my life, they sended my time only for nothing,, I cannot forgive these stubid staff,,,

Has professional doctors and the service is the best I have experienced in Ukraine. The building is clean, staff helpful and English translators are available.
