Great Location! Contemporary finishing of the rooms. Very cosy mattress and bedding. Central AC includes heating mode. Very polite and helpful Receptionists and other Personnel. A minor detail to improve is breakfast. Until it reaches the room is getting cold. I would suggest to get special heat preserving covers for the dishes. Will definitely be coming back!

She knows her robot very well, is always responsible and caring with guests, and is just an amiable and positive person. He is a very positive and kind person, and you can not only listen to his stories about his rich life experience for hours, but also take a lesson for yourself from their example! A hotel with a wonderful interior, where every detail is thought out and creates a good mood. The Art Gallery of Contemporary Artists deserves special attention. Cleanliness, facilities at a high level! And most importantly, wonderful staff! Stayed with a group of 13 ballroom athletes, including 8 children. They paid attention to everyone, created comfort, and what is especially pleasant, the Chef chose the menu for us !!! It's nice that there is a European-level hotel in Kharkov!

I really liked the room in which I lived, you could feel like a princess)) The staircase is decorated with paintings, you can admire while going up to your room. A very cozy restaurant, the walls are decorated with illustrations for "The Master and Margarita", this also adds zest to the atmosphere of the hotel. I liked very much that the hotel is located on a quiet street, despite its proximity to the city center, in a cozy courtyard. There is also a sculpture garden on the territory of the hotel, where outstanding personalities are represented, including many literary figures. If the atmosphere described above is for you, stop! You will not regret))
