I wanted to apply visa as of today. Altough the security and the lady who gives que numbers were very polite, the girl on the service window was unbeliveable unpolite. I did not give any documents and came out. I will go to embassy by myself.

Terrible service, Intime is worst service, why not nova poshta? Paid 170 hriv for shipment that takes 5 days.

I paid for the SMS informing service, and as a result I received an SMS when the passport was sent back to the new mail. When the documents were accepted for work, etc. nobody informed anything. It is impossible to get through. With such success, the new mail itself would have sent me an SMS so that I would come to pick up the documents, and for free. Don't waste your money ... 60 UAH. for 2 sms it's certainly cool.

Because of despair, you have to work with this visa center, what kind of attitude towards clients? Why aren't you answering calls ??? A separate question, why hard workers "out of turn" to submit documents, and students wait 1.5 months ??? I study in October, stationary. Paid for PPVA in mid-September, but filing in November? As you understand it, students are not people?

Awful job. I ordered the service of submitting documents by mail to the Kharkiv branch. On Tuesday, VFS were received, on Friday evening an employee calls me back, informs me that I sent the visa application form in the old sample (the application was taken directly from their website, if anything), and now I need to fill out and send a new one at my own expense. I sent a new one, no one picks it up from the department for the second day. The call center responds on average after 20 minutes
