Good evening. I would like to leave a review about the pediatric surgical department where my son was after the removal of appendicitis from February 2, 2021. Any child after surgery is in pain and needs attention. Nurses who interceded in the evening like good fairies. Everyone will be approached, although the department was complete. Such smiling, attentive, "no show-off", although there is a lot of work. Nurses "like bees" are also at work all the time: to wash the floors in all wards and not forget about the corridor, at lunchtime - the kitchen, and then again - cleaning. The hostess sister immediately responded and was able to resolve the issue with lighting. In the dressing room, the nurse not only carefully did the dressings, but also tried to support, reassure not only the children, but, if necessary, also the parents. Also thanks to the head of the department, E.V. Morozov. Every morning, after the examination, he came in to cheer him up and instill confidence in a speedy recovery. There are no complaints about the doctors. They do everything conscientiously. But the question is for the leadership. Well, how so - to make a hall on the floor, but at the same time the bathroom in the department is the most terrible. And only ice water comes from the tap. Children are lying, with ENT diseases, surgical operations. And they have to wash their face and wash their hands with ice water. And the shower room - one for the entire department opens only after 5 pm. And what to do for young teenage girls who may need hygiene procedures more often than once a day. Yes, I do not dispute a very beautiful reception area, halls. But I think a toilet and hot water around the clock is a more correct investment.
