I live in Kiev, but I ordered the Mottura castle from Kharkov. The price of the castle with delivery and cash on delivery is lower than in Kiev. I especially want to note the professional qualities of Svyatoslav, thanks to whom, before the end of the conversation, I made my choice. I installed the lock myself. Everything fell perfectly. Moreover, Svyatoslav called back and made sure everything was ok? I recommend this company!

I created an order on 10/15/2020, paid online, indicated the data for delivery by New Mail. As of 10/23/2020, neither a call from them, nor a dispatch. Scammers "We understand well the needs of our customers and highly value their time. The main priority is efficiency. Place an order and we will make every effort to ensure that you receive the goods as soon as possible." I have a fact of debiting funds for online payment. My phones are in touch, the delivery address is correct, no one technically limited the minimum purchase amount when ordering and paying. The money was written off - it was necessary to send the goods. The order was placed on the website online, so the mail has nothing to do with it

Made an order on 16.11.20 on the site, paid. Silence. Wrote 18.11.20-the product is not available. Promised to return the money, from 18.11.20 and did not return. Complete disappointment ...

Previously collaborated with the door hardware department, all is well. The prices are adequate, the execution of orders is good. But the work of the plumbing department is very bad, or rather, it is not. I wanted to buy a hatch, I called the store: they said through the site or call the manager. I ordered it through the site, it is written there is available, but the answer is zero week. The manager does not pick up the phone, even though the phone is busy periodically. If you don’t work, then why the store did not say so. In general, I do not recommend contacting the plumbing department.
