Stunning, beautiful place! Aesthetically pleasing interior AND exterior, and quite luxurious at that. A wonderful place to stay.

I don't know which side of this hotel has 4 stars, it's just ridiculous. We rented a standard room for four. The rooms are in an extremely shabby state - there are stains on the walls, the wardrobe is held on by scotch tape (I'm not kidding), the ventilation cover falls out with a crash from under the window, there is a TV a la "late nineties" on a skewed bedside table. For some reason, the rooms inside the room are equipped with non-working card readers - as a result, you can accidentally slam the door inside the room, and then run to look for an administrator who will give you a key with the words "oh, the batteries are probably dead there." It is incredibly humid and stuffy on the floor and in the rooms, obviously this is a consequence of the water park through the wall. Apparently the ventilation isn't working properly. At the same time, in one of the two rooms the windows are "deaf", without the possibility of opening them for ventilation. In the shower I barely managed to adjust the water, there was a choice between "boiling water" and a complete lack of pressure. The beds are uncomfortable and squeaky - in the morning the back goes nuts. The dishes (glasses, cups) had to be washed as the glasses were sticky. Breakfast is just a circus, the feeling is like eating in an old Soviet sanatorium. From the pros: normal wifi, like clean linen, the room is not dirty.

Arriving in Kharkov at the Aquapark with children on the weekend, there was not even a doubt where to stay. Immediately booked a hotel room. And they were delighted !!! The hotel is super! We took "All inclusive". There is a separate entrance to the water park, there are bathrobes, slippers, ceilings, which is very convenient. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Administrator Ekaterina, thank you very much for your professional qualities. I liked everything very much. We will come with children only here. I recommend to everyone!!!

Very friendly staff, good service. There are, of course, minor flaws in the rooms. But the staff try very hard)

1. The attentive and courteous address of the Administrator, all told in detail and clearly advice. 2. Early check-in 3. The family room is large, only some stupid one. Bathrobes, slippers and everything you need in stock. 4. Convenient access to the water park, directly from the Hotel. 5. Breakfast - such, no, but 90 UAH. (dishes to choose from the menu, modestly) I put upfront 5, for the idea and helpful staff.
