The package from the Netherlands was sent 42 days ago. The second time I come to the department, they answer that the package has not arrived yet. There is no way to track the shipment (this tariff was chosen by the sender). On the hotline they answer that there is no information about my package in the database, as it is a simple parcel post. Shouldn't Ukrposhta keep track of all shipments? There shouldn't be such tariffs at all! The package that is not considered a priori is lost. I am sure that Ukrposhta workers are already using cosmetics from my parcel. I hope Ukrposhta will reconsider its attitude and will keep records of all shipments.

Waiting for 20 minutes? Seriously? Tuesday afternoon 1 hour 15 minutes waiting outside. One window works. She searches for parcels and draws up and accepts. One. "Hamochka" flickers, but does not serve. But that is a plus. A girl cannot work with people.
