Good day! I want to share my experience and warn people who use the services of this department. 12/11/2020 sent a parcel to Bakhmut, with a predicted delivery date 12/12/2020. On Monday, 14.12, the parcel was never sent, the status of the parcel "Located in the department" on 15.12 turned to your department, with a request to figure out where our product is located! As a result. No one knows where our goods have gone, left, stolen, sent to the wrong place ??? !!!! No one knows anything. I do not recommend using the services of this department. At the warehouse there is a mountain of goods for dispatch, three meters high, it seems that this is a mountain of garbage! People, take care of your goods, money, and your nerves! The worst branch in Kharkov!
