Everything but getting a suite on the fifth floor is out of the question for any European travellers. Suites are renovated in this millennia, and of a decent standard. Regular rooms are from soviet era or similar. Location is OK, central but nothing in close proximity of the hotel.

Sporty youngsters on the entrance and in the reception asking where you going. Looks like back to 90th(( Cigarette smell in the room and old gray towels in the bath room.
