Incredibly poor service. Called and asked if I could come in and pick up my package and was told no problem, we have it here I've been waiting 90 minutes and they still have not found it. As an American I still try to support American businesses but with the rude treatment and unprofessional attitude I am going with DHL in the future even though it's more expensive

I'm shocked at service of this people. I ordered a parcel from ebay I waited 1 month for some to contact me ( no one did) I tried to call they don't answer their phones . I came to head office in (гора) 3 times and they can just not deliver or give me in person my parcel . Everytime they say we will call you and I must wait . I'm shocked. Local courier service and post office is 100% more efficient. I would not recommend tnt and fedex Ukraine!!!! In case someone in management reads this my tracking number is : ge 825985855 es please help .

If you can't maintain your operations during Covid, don't offer any bloody services. I was not able to receive nor send a package, nobody ever has picked up the phone, and only a single operator from a single department maintained any sort of communication, I will be insisting on the refund. Tracking services do not update. Communication with needed departments do no exist. The only thing that was communicated to me properly, is how I should pay their broker. Outrageous.

My parcel is in Kiev for 9 days, still they are not able to bring it to me. 6 days ago we did a redirect request. But after 4 business days, still no news. Nobody picks up the 2 phone numbers we have. And the funny thing is FedEx international keeps sending me emails, updating my delivery date to 16th of June (Today is 25th of June) LOL

- Ordered 50 items in a single parcel from a trusted partner in the US. - Invoice says 50 items. - The parcel was tampered with and has TNT stick tape all over the box. - Inside there's only 47 items. Whoever did that - Fedex, Fedex customs, TNT or the courier - you could have just asked about it and I would give some away as a gift. Stealing is bad, just in case you didn't know. Conclusion. If you live in Ukraine and want your international order to arrive in one piece, use other postal services (even Ukrposhta works fine).
