And also if you are satisfied that part of your order will be lost and will never be found, or "employees" will cancel it without notifying you. We made an order, issued an invoice, checked everything. When we received the order, already at home during the installation it turned out that the measurements received did not correspond to the ordered. Called the "firm" promised to solve. Nobody contacted us for a day, when we called, we heard from Nastya's manager that they would give us the contacts of a person who could fix it, of course for our money, at the expense of our time. That is, their blunder had to be corrected by us. Of course, we were not satisfied with this, and when the cattle manager Mykola picked up the phone, accusations, attacks, and rudeness rained down on us. He said that we can go wherever we want with our invoices, he doesn't care, we are to blame for everything. The second part of the order was never found. Very unpleasant impressions of the quality of work, the manner of communication, the inability to solve force majeure cases and admit your mistake. I do not wish anyone to deal with this office. I wrote a complaint to the central office a long time ago, but have not received any reaction so far.

Horror !!! Made an order..in one batch of different tin on shades. Brought home, the masters unpacked, and then half white and half white with yellow !!! Hands bred and say that we are not to blame..this is brought to us.Hour told to wait to see if we needed the shade .... I do not advise !!! Outward attitude to customers !!! Not seriously !!! Please ask the management to pay attention to this !!! Would know that this is possible ... would not order from them .. Now half a house will be with a white subfloor, and a semi with which ???? yellow .... it is a horror ... people !!! I do not recommend !!!!
