I called the administrators and heard that my classes would "burn out" if I did not work them out for 45 days, despite my physical health. The director's phone was not given, they didn't want to hear about the refund, but they promised to inform me about the director's decision regarding my situation in the evening. I waited for three days, then called the coach and in 10 minutes he said that it was decided that the COUNT OF MY CLASSES WILL BEGIN FROM THE DAY I COME FIRST, without specifying a date. My treatment lasted almost until mid-August. September greeted us with a "red zone", doctors urged not to joke with the pandemic, the circumstances were not in favor of gyms and fitness centers. On October 21, I asked the coach again about my classes, and he assured me that he would find out. And on November 25, I received the answer: "Unfortunately, your classes have burned down, they argue that they have already gone to your meeting and extended the term, but almost a year has passed and in such cases no money and services are returned."
