On the night of September 3, 2017, a very unpleasant incident happened to us with the staff of the hotel "Pyramid". As on September 2, 2017, we were invited by our family to celebrate the wedding in the village of Zabolotov, near Vovchkivtsi, about 10 km away, so we stopped at the Pyramid Hotel in order to redegrade, rest from the road, as we drove a certain distance from Ternopil. Having settled in this hotel (in the room number 3), registering in accordance with the rules of residence and paying all the necessary funds, which were announced for accommodation by the hotel staff, did not indicate that the residence will end in a very unpleasant history, which was deliberately provoked by the hotel . The driver who brought us to the wedding, stayed at rest in the given room, so that at night, after the wedding, we could go back to Ternopil. On the night of September 3, 2017, our driver, who was resting in the hotel room "Pyramid", arrived in Zabolotov's village to pick us up, informed us about unpleasant news that shocked me as a citizen of Ukraine, in particular: leaving the hotel room, the staff was unreasonably told him that IN THE ROOM ONE BOTTOM OF SHAMPAN WINE !!!! WHO WAS IN THE BAR OF THE CLUB AND WHAT NIBI-TO WE WILL NOT BECOME A CREAM !!! (Upper Cynicism !!!) The unpredictable claims made by Pyramid Hotel staff members regarding the loss of a bottle of champagne wine, the driver said that none of us could do this, but the service staff insisted that we had been bombarded with it. In the future, unwilling to enter into meaningless discussions with the hotel "Pyramid", the level of IQ, which does not exceed the intelligence of guinea pigs, decided to give them money for "not drinking us champagne". I appeal to the so-called "administration" of the hotel "Pyramid": dear, I am a self-sufficient person and able to each of your employees and you personally GIFT (free of charge) the same champagne, it was necessary to say that you thus "solve" your questions with alcohol and I would you would give as much as you want. Summing up the above-stated, I reserve the right to apply to law enforcement agencies in order to protect my honor and dignity. Shame.
