Impressions of this "nightclub" - completely spoiled. Arriving to celebrate his birthday, we were greeted politely, we ordered a drink and a hookah (hookah we really liked). For an hour we sat in a cozy atmosphere, but then things changed for the worse! The staff either changed their mood or plans, no one warned us that they were closing, they turned off the lights without letting us smoke a hookah, refused to sell drinks from the bar and said they left the establishment - immediately. There is no administrator in this establishment, all questions are solved either by the bartender, or the security guard - the DJ. Instead of a book of reviews, we were given some instructions from home appliances. Waiter Roman - respectful, polite, sociable, a man who knows his job. Bartender - allows himself to decide what is not his responsibilities (selfish attitude to customers). The prices on the menu do not correspond to reality, in fact the bill turned out to be large, written by hand. We never understood who was a DJ and who was a security guard, his rudeness exceeded all limits. We recommend the owner of this institution - to teach staff to communicate with customers, to warn guests about the schedule of the institution, to buy a book of reviews (according to the law of Ukraine, each institution must have a consumer corner where the book of complaints, feedback and suggestions). Thank you for a spoiled birthday, it's a pity we chose your establishment. We do not recommend this place to people who want to celebrate an event or just relax !!!
