Steep location, high on the mountain, beautiful landscape. There are 2 buildings - old (wooden) and new. We lived in a wooden building., 1. rooms - clean, wooden, warm, but in need of some repair. I got a pillow, like a stone, crumpled - it should have been thrown away a long time ago. 2. Breakfast on a spacious glass terrace, included in the price -delicious, but for some reason two days in a row are the same. 3. brazier is a big +, because there are few hotels where you can cook meat and meat) 4. staff - friendly 5. SPA area is such a thrill! The pool is large - the water is clean, there is a jacuzzi, there is a separate pool for children. Hamam- soar well. Firewood bath -large, spacious, everyone has a place! There is a massage room, locker rooms, many sun loungers. But there is one drawback: the spa is in the new building and if you live in the old building, then in a bathrobe in the winter you will not go here. 6. Nowhere, have I seen a hotel owner take care of everything like that: a friendly man, checks everything, there are usually assistants, but he himself throws firewood for the bath, asks guests if everything is fine, if they like it, etc. 7. There are no places, we searched for 3 weeks and found one free room, so do not delay!

We were here last weekend, in an ordinary standard room, price / quality is adequate, we stay here for the second time this season) On the plus side, free large parking, free new spa and free breakfasts)) The rooms are clean and very warm, towels and linens are snow white, we were cleaned every day. The room had a hairdryer and a kettle and cups with plates and a refrigerator and a working TV set)) At breakfasts, well, very tasty cottage cheese casseroles and sour cream are straight)) the rest according to the standard - pancakes, croissants, cereals, scrambled eggs, etc. Of the minuses - a very slow working coffee maker, the barista helped out) From the impressions - the hay room in the SPA, in which the walls are lined with hay, bath brooms and spruce branches, the aroma is incredible and very relaxing)

The rooms in the house are awesome. There is no isolation, you hear everything from outside and what the neighbors are talking about. The SPA area is super ok. Breakfast is horrible, I recommend you change the kitchen or better offer lower prices for accommodation and exclude breakfast. The restaurant in the morning is very crowded, it is necessary to wait 10-20 minutes for a meal to be served. The waiters are uneducated children, at 09:30 I tell you that there is no more breakfast for you. I recommend 6/10.

I liked the hotel, comfortable and convenient, we definitely recommend a massage from Irina, she is a master of her craft, who finds a personal approach to each visitor👍🏻😁☺️

Nice hotel and nice spa. Only the staff is too driven, probably overworked, sorry for the guys.
