Excellent staff and very good breakfast. But although The hotel is rather new it is not well maintained. While staying a lot of power cuts, waiting for the generator of the hotel to kick in, constantly disconnecting the wifi. The location is supposed be near the lift R1, but the unpaved public raoad and 70 wooden extremely narrow steps , made the journey with ski gear, quite a challenge. Do not take the rooms facing the lifts, as they play very loud music from there from 8am till 7:30pm, so no quiet time At all. Also, worst smell of sewage throughout the day from the canal in front of the hotel. Spa is rather small not more than 10 indoor beds. Jacuzzi was not working while we were there

Very cool hotel 4 star. Has beautiful sights from the windows. There is spa in the hotel, which is clean. Very tasty breakfast.

Very nice hotel. Clean and welcome!!! The good quality of breakfast.Staff is very friendly and helpful. Close to the mountain lift. Good spa. One minus is that road to the lift is so broken and dirty!!! So your ski shoes will be so dirty.

Spacious and nice rooms, good spa zone. I didn't like breakfast much, there were only several options to eat. Nice staff.
