Menagerie. I live opposite and endure this disgrace for years. A critical mass of outright bastards has gathered in the hostel. Noise at unacceptable times, rubbish all around. The management (they arrange ceremonial events with huge columns and dubstep under the windows of high-rise buildings in the morning) is striking in their ability to accumulate such masses, these people do not look trained, thus they do not have a good opinion of themselves. Polytech is a tumor.

10 years ago, the college was a leader in western Ukraine. The teachers who were being released now gave the highest knowledge. He was now in decline.

Scholarships are constantly transferred to different banks. For 4 years of study change to the third bank. Money from the first bank (IMEXBANK) never returned.
