It was clean and comfortable hotel. All personnel is supportive and friendly. Cuisine is delicious. i gave it four stars because of weekend events. On Saturday and Sunday the hotel restaurant was booked for weddings. The noise was loud in the rooms and we were not able to dine in restaurant. Other than that it is a nice place and i would recommend this place.

Nice place

Nice room, clean and tidy, the room is warm, there is hot water. There is also a small fridge and a TV. The kitchens were not tried because of the quarantine measures.

Terrible service, there are boors and just moral freaks sitting on the reception! The pre-booked room was handed over to others without my consent, and I was told upon arrival that the room was already occupied and was twice as expensive. Thus the old gray-haired grandfather in glasses who obviously works there as the watchman and to it told to replace an hour on a reception, was rude and addressed on "you"! Horror, this is not acceptable for the service sector !!! Of course, I appealed to the protection of consumer rights! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this institution to anyone !!!!
