Dream Apartment

Rented room # 1 on the 2nd floor, checked in for 12 nights, first half of January 2021. This comment indicates my opinion. Pros: - interior in the room and in the hallway - the presence in the city of New Mail and ATB - close to transport - the presence of grocery stores nearby (the assortment is not very large, but you can buy bread for bread) - near the church (beautiful ringing of bells) - the owner can control the temperature in the room remotely - the presence of a refrigerator in the room - soft mattresses - the presence of TV especially HDMI cable - convenient shelving at the entrance - noise insulation in the room from the street only (you cannot hear the conversations of people, but if a truck or a bus goes by, the engine is audible) - mirrored front windows, everything except the balcony (only during daylight hours) - to the foothills 15 minutes - towels and bedding are clean and odorless powder (it may be important for someone) - the chandelier and sconces turn as you like - there is a large mirror in the hallway between the 1st and 2nd floors - the bathroom has an illuminated mirror and a cooker hood - if you close all the curtains in the room it will be night :) Minuses: - in 12 days there was 1 wet cleaning, if there is a desire to mock something or wipe the floor, buy a broom, savochek and a mop. - there was black mold under the soap dish (it was disgusting when it was accidentally moved) - there is a smoked smell in the refrigerator (can be removed with vinegar) - the beds have a side for which they were often caged - there is not enough lighting near the doors, because of this, nothing is visible in the closet - it is cold in the corridor, it is not heated - the sofa creaks very strongly (for those who have a light sleep) - room humidity was 50-68% - cannot be ventilated in the evening, local residents burn bonfires - building above the road - as soon as we entered the room for the first time with suitcases, the question "when will we pay" immediately followed, despite the fact that we had an advance payment for 2 days - there was an ashtray with cigarette butts on the balcony - there was a strong blow from the doors, they decided that they went to a hardware store near New Mail and bought 2m rubber bands and cursed the doors (before that we told the owner that it was blowing, we just didn’t do anything during the time we were) - it blows from the balcony windows and doors just as strongly, but here the curtains save Neutral: - calmly walk 3 km to the pump room for about 20-30 minutes - a taxi cost 150 UAH from the station, after 838 it would be 120-130 UAH - ordered a complex meal in the Kashtan restaurant per day 250 UAH (80 UAH breakfast 2 dishes + drink, 90 UAH lunch 3 dishes + drink, 80 UAH dinner 2 dishes + drink) - during our stay, the light went out 2 times and 1 time the AGV failed and woke us up with a squeak - on the territory of the house a transformer substation (not sure if it should be there)

Wonderful, new, spacious apartments in a modern style (as you - apartment studio 52 sq.m.) at a price of up to 800 UAH / day with own. kitchen, parking and closed. territory. I consider it the best and most convenient place to live and relax in Morshyn.

The best apartments in Morshyn and in other tourist Ukrainian cities in which I had to stay. Clean, comfortable and made with soul!

Luxurious hotel, the room is very comfortable and cozy. Friendly host, welcomed me. The location is great, everything is within walking distance.
