Stayed at this institution. They were just shocked. We ordered baby mozzarella chicken breast with cream sauce. They waited 45 minutes, but nothing, because they had ordered the first course. They cut off a piece of food, and in the middle the chicken fillet didn't even thaw. Called the waiter, he agreed that the dish was raw. We thought the kitchen would be redone, but where it was. They chewed up the same piece of lump, some of which we had already cut off, poured on top of something, but clearly not what was written on the menu. In the calculation, the waiter pretended that everything was normal, and our comments and suggestion somehow respond to the situation, just ignored. I do not recommend.
