I put 5 for this place, I liked everything if at the end the administrator would not have arranged a scandal for us, without having previously warned that it was impossible with a broom or for an additional payment .. We said that for the first time with you, everyone was dissatisfied, although they cleaned up absolutely everything ... At first she demanded a fine for a broom of 600 UAH, then she shouted that she would call the guard. And all the good and positive emotions from the rest were crossed out by this woman with blond hair! We will not come again

The place is wonderful, but I will explain why such a low rating. Firstly, there is a lot of chlorine in the pools, both children and adults were very painful in their eyes, of course it is necessary to think about cleanliness, but not to exceed the permissible norms, otherwise it is harmful. Secondly, the staff, it's just awful, a woman of advanced age closed all the doors in front of us: don't go there, there too, and in general, pay extra, although the amount was agreed. Even the hairdryer, the aforementioned sauna worker, gave for a long time and was not quite working, i.e. it is necessary for this apparatus to cool down, the children and I left with wet heads. And we changed in the restroom. We decided to relax with families, but the impressions were not very good. I hope the owners will take into account that there are clients who are vacationing with children.

Our friend fell down the stairs! He came down from the second floor and slipped! It is good that on the last steps. These lacquered steps are flooded from the shower and they become dangerous. And so I liked it.

In my humble experience, the best establishment of its kind in the city. The only major drawback is that it is constantly busy. So if you plan to spend the evening there, call and book better in the morning
