We ordered a sauna for 8 o'clock and they called us and asked to transfer it to half past nine, we agreed as we were told that we need to clean up because those who were in front were very littered. We ordered a sauna for 5 people 3 adults 2 children we went there the water in the pool was very cold although we said that we would be with the children then the girl in a not sober state came out closed the door and left and we could not get out of there for three hours we called but knocked so they never opened the door for us, smoking in the room is also prohibited, a fine of UAH 200

Paid for half an hour. The steam room was turned off after an hour. They said that half an hour before the end they always do this. But 2 weeks ago we were there and everything was fine. And so half an hour of paid ones did not bathe. (In a word, a scam). What to do half an hour in the bathhouse. without a steam room it is not clear how to look at a ragged sofa.

I went to fitness and gym. Everything would be fine, but the condition of the building is bad. Despite the fact that it is nice inside and outside, the ceiling falls (almost fell on the woman during training), water pours from the ceiling, it is crowded, the administrator is always dull, never smiled. Repairs should be made.
