Just a funky skating rink. High quality ice. You are great for responding promptly to the review. We took a 20-minute break between sessions, so there is practically no crowding. The skates began to be given out through the window. I was especially pleased with the pre-sale of tickets for online sessions through your website. It is modern and reduces waiting time and buying tickets at the box office. Also, the number of skaters was reduced from 100 to 50 people, very comfortable. There is one drawback that is easy to fix - to replace the lockers for shoes and clothes, they are small for winter clothes. Hope to hear and replace. And so - everything is worthy. Thank. I change the grade from 3 to 5

This review is dated 02/10/2021. There is no phone number on G cards where you can call. On the office there is, but no one picks up the phone during the day. I wanted to go with a girl to a holiday on the 14th. I'm from a nearby town. Whether it is worth booking, not worth it, I don't know ... I just wanted to go ice skating

Last time I put 4 stars because of the poor organization of the change of visitors. This time I'm shooting another star due to lack of skates. The child asks for black skates of size 36. - No! There are only white ones! - All right. And to me - size 46 - No! There are 45! Is this bullying? And please teach instructors at least the basic rules of politeness! Well, you can't talk to the person who paid the money in words: I'm an instructor here, I said so!

Since the ice rink is new, there is no point in writing about its appearance, but there is one thing. I am not writing this for the purpose of grudge or hate, but maybe someone can learn from my mistake. Due to the high attendance, it is very difficult to get to the session. On my day off, I took my children and my wife and went. I was at the rink at about 16. When I asked about the next session, I was told that due to quarantine and fullness, the next session will be at 20.45. Naturally, I did not wait for my turn. + Beautiful inside and out -A stupid pass system and a small number of seats for one session, given that the city has about 500 thousand inhabitants
