Didn't like the atmosphere and service at all. I went in while trying to determine what where, the so-called sales consultants (there were only 2 of them) were busy, they talked, they didn't even lead their heads in my direction, no, I'm not saying that they should catch right at the entrance , but if I had not approached them, they would not have paid attention. They talked as if they hadn't eaten for 2 weeks. When I asked about PUPA mascara, they said no, they began to offer that mascara, near which they stood. The highlighter, which also interested me, was also at hand, perhaps they were glued to the place or did not consider it necessary to show me anything (although the department is not small enough). The girl also offered me CHANEL mascara, to which the other told her that maybe it could be too expensive for me, well, since the conversation takes such a form, I replied that I had just taken sports leggings for 2000, and that the price was not worth it for me in the first place and I have money. Why am I this stupid and funny story about leggings, when I did not find the one that interests me, and quickly wanted to just escape from there, the seller told me: "Well, come next time in your leggings, we will pick you something up." Sorry, what's the sarcasm? I use different cosmetics, luxury cosmetics as well. I didn’t say any of this or make excuses, I just thanked it, it’s not clear why, and left. They also remained in the same places where they were when I arrived there. No etiquette, no professional behavior. I bought everything I need, BUT somewhere else, where they smile and are polite, where they could offer and choose the right one. "Thank you!"
