They are embarrassed by the individual rules of the club and the fact that they are not familiarized with them when buying a subscription. It came as a surprise that the cardio simulator can be used for no more than 10 minutes. + it turns out that when you buy an unlimited subscription, if you signed up for a group training and did not manage to sign up, then not only the training will be written off, but the subscription will also be reduced by 1 day.
