Very good small gym. It has top quality fitness equipment from Technogym and others. Membership is not expensive and monthly subscription is available. Recommended.

The worst club in Donetsk! The main thing is inventory and simulators are old and simply NOT functional. The simulator No. 15 is needed by all those who want to kill their backs, get a back injury. simulator No. 11 and 18 are generally non-functional and have already been discontinued. The simulator №3 and 4 are inefficient, since they do not provide at least a significant amplitude. There are practically no effective simulators for the back! In all decent coaches, the shops have 4-5 positions for fixation, in this room only 2 (starting and ending). This is the first time I meet, it is simply impossible to choose a convenient position for training. But the most striking thing is iron pancakes! In normal gyms they are wrapped in a rubberized casing, as when falling or while practicing on a simulator, the roar from them is unreal. As for the atmosphere ..... horrors-TVs work, according to which 1) news, 2) mournful songs of Dima Bilan, 3 ) hud.filmy 70-ies. And no drive music, which would facilitate the training. HOLDING THE TIME IN THIS ROOM - THE DIRECT TIME OF MONEY AND MONEY
