This is just a nightmare. Why keep such a number of "type" doctors, etc., if they do not do their job at all, they cannot even provide first aid. The answer is the same for all: -Artemovsk takes round the clock.! And then why, they answer: To give a direction to Artemovsk. It's just ridiculous, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, do not draw anyone, really everyone is working at 0.5. In this type of "hospital" only a certificate of death can be obtained and that is, doubt, but will they be able to determine death?
