TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Kseniya operator (number 169) or whatever....on the phone was "BARKING " not talking to me... you can't say it was a normal conversation,NO RESPECT to the client what so ever. No one told me that I need call every time before using my card abroad and activate it for certain period of time...good I wasn't sitting at the restaurant at the time... HOW WOULD I PAY FOR DINNER?? it's nonsense... Ukraine is trying to proof they are away from the communist past but this is B>S>>>> NEVER DO BUSINESS with this "BANK" again!!!! pissed WHO YELLS AT THE CLIENT?????? TERRIBLE!!!!

The guard must be taught courtesy quote "what is needed." Even hello was not said !!!! With a current ratio, the reputation of the bank is falling !!! Where the manual looks!

used the bank for a year, saw all the flaws, decided not to use it anymore, closed the card. You can’t put local currency on a card and convert it to Euro \ Dollar. you can’t throw it on a currency card from other banks as well. Well, if there is such an opportunity, it will be possible to cooperate, for the time being, bye.

Good bank. You can withdraw money at any time. Access to an ATM through a bank card is very helpful.
