The second time I apply to this service and the second time is just HORROR! A couple of years ago, the coffee machine was repaired under warranty. With a scandal, three (THREE !!!!) months later they took away the act stating that they could not fix it. Today the dishwasher is being repaired, we are also waiting for warranty repair. For almost two (TWO !!!!) months, the service has not been able to order the necessary part for repair: either they order the wrong part, or they cannot receive it, although the manufacturer himself sent this part for a week already !!! During this time, they never called, you always need to call them back and ask at what stage of solving our question! The only plus is an intelligent and pleasant master, but, unfortunately, not everything depends on him. If in our city there was an opportunity to contact another service center and carry out repairs under warranty, I would do so without hesitation! I do not recommend this service to anyone! Judging by how few people are in the store itself, many people have similar impressions of communicating with this organization. It is a pity, but the company's management should have paid attention to the quality of employees' work long ago!

To say that I liked the cooperation is an understatement. Lately, such conscientious people can be met less and less often. It so happened that we urgently needed a dishwasher (ours broke down, but my sciatica did not let go for almost a month). It seems there shouldn't be any problems. On the market in this segment, the choice is enormous. We chose a compact model to integrate into the future kitchen. And then the most interesting thing. For two days, from morning to night, we negotiated with various shops. The product was in stock both on PROM and on the Hotline and on the websites of the stores themselves. A lot of negotiations on placing an order, and then the same "product is out of stock." And then just a balm poured out from communicating with a representative of this store. They did not have this car on site, they brought it from their branch, unpacked it and provided a photo to the vibe. And then they sent it by New Mail. My husband was even moved when he saw with what love the dishwasher was packed over the factory packaging !!!!!!!!! Therefore, I can only recommend cooperation with this company. And I wish the company continued prosperity !!!

I have never met a more terrible service center in my life. We handed over the Kenwood combine for repair on 06/12/2020. in Slavyansk, they took 150 UAH for diagnostics, and said that they would be taken to Kramatorsk for repair. They called back from there a couple of days later and said the repair would cost 1300, the fee was available. Two weeks passed, no one called or said anything. We dialed them ourselves. Not only will you not get through there the first time, and lo and behold! answered "The part is to be rendered defective, we ordered a new one, will come and repair it." Nobody says anything about the delivery time of the part, or the timing of the repair. Attention! and this is a Service Center !!!! There were further calls, first conversations with the administrator, then “The master will call you back.” Sometimes the master forgot to call back, and each time the answer was one “The item has been ordered, we are waiting.” Good. Today I am writing on August 1, 2020, nevertheless, they called again to this office and the answer simply struck "To order the parts, you have to pay for them, the administrator who should have told you this on July 20, went on vacation, and the master also went on vacation." this cultural words I have run out. Do you hold people for morons there? Are you working for a reputation or what? When they called you for a month and a half, you said that the parts were ordered, you were waiting, and then at the end it turned out which of them had to be paid. So, dear representatives of this service center, you must inform your customers about the delivery time of parts and the timing of repairs. and not do nonsense. It turns out that my harvester just lay for 1.5 months in the service center and no one is in a hurry to do it. If someone is planning to give something for repair to Elma Service I DO NOT ADVISE !!!
