I did Zak twice and both times I was disappointed! The first time the bouquet was delivered a day earlier. I once again pre-ordered this week, and the day before the appointed date, it turned out that I didn’t have the flowers I needed and there was nothing to replace them with. I do not recommend it! Negligent attitude towards customers.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! Complete lack of professionalism and irresponsibility! They accepted an order for a wedding bouquet, and then 3 days before the wedding (!) They said that the chosen flowers might not be available, because they had a "break in blooming". And this is a speech about eustoma in the middle of August!
They convinced that eustoma could not be found in Ukraine))
I had to urgently look for other florists who found eustoma, decor, and a bouquet holder (yes, in Annali flowers there are NO bouquets, no beads, or other decor for a bouquet).
