I made an order for a wedding bouquet in this salon. To say that I was not satisfied is to say nothing. The bouquet was not the same as I asked him to do, it was not even close. The florist has no taste and understanding of how to correctly collect bouquets when they think that there is only one size of wedding bouquets, what to say next. She asked me to send me a photo during the assembly of the bouquet, of course they did not collect what they expected. During the correspondence with the florist, she behaved rudely and unprofessionally. They ruined my pre-wedding day with their incompetence. They also made an order for boutonnieres, which after a couple of hours had already wilted, although they were asked to make stable ones. And of course they ruined the image, so I had to take it off. The expectation-reality meme fully justified itself. I do not recommend ordering wedding bouquets in Galanthus, spare your nerves on the eve and on the wedding day!

Galanthus was very pleasantly surprised! I ordered a bouquet for my mom for her birthday from abroad and the salon employees completed the order as soon as possible and delivered it to mom at home. Mom is delighted, I'm happy, what else do you need? Highly recommend!

Almost every year I order flowers for my mother’s birthday from different companies, with those who work with international payments, because I live in another country. I make an order in advance, about a month before DR. I went to the site 01/22/20 made an order with delivery to 02/23/20, everything is fine, fast, convenient, and with the transfer of money without problems, I was even surprised! Nooooo! The delivery was made on 01/23/20. When I found out in terrible rage and bewilderment, the surprise was ruined, and my mother remains without a gift. After phoned her and she said: “How they brought a gorgeous bouquet, she was delighted with him, but when it turned out that the date had been mixed up, he was taken and taken away!” So ​​we didn’t laugh with her for a very long time! Like Winnie the Pooh honey, here it seems to be a present and not at once))))) In short, thanks guys for the wonderful bouquet and good mood, 5 stars !!!!! But for the carelessness of 3 stars, be careful.

We ordered a bouquet for the upcoming March 8 to congratulate the boss. Paid almost the entire cost of the order. All details were negotiated. 1 day before the date, they called with the question of what the bouquet consists of and whether we can pick it up today. but not tomorrow as scheduled, as many orders. Once again, they made a reservation. They arrived the next day at the appointed time and it turns out that there is no bouquet. Then she found out for another 15 minutes what we ordered and could not find, although the girl had written everything down to us before that. As a result, the bouquet was whipped up with us. While waiting, it turned out that we were not the only customers with this situation. The situation was nervous. The sellers irritatedly interacted with customers, as a result of which the second ones left too irritated and with a spoiled mood. Last year there was a similar situation. We will not do more orders here. And recommend to your friends and acquaintances too. Disappointed. Limit the number of orders that you can fulfill on such holidays and teach your subordinates the rules of communication with the client.

Instead of the delivery agreed upon and registered in the vibe at 9.30, it took place at 12.40. All of course were on the nerves, because they were waiting. Turned to Galatus for the first and last time. This is not professionalism. ((Learn to work !!!
