Good library. This is a place where everyone can take any book, read it and imagine other world, world of heroes, past events, lives... Only true books, with leaves, with special smell of paper can bring satisfaction to their readers! And this library can do this to the reader. Wonderful place with many-many books and good librarians!

Service is disgusting. They are looking for books for a very long time, they demand to buy a library card for 5 UAH, but why do I need it if I don't live in Slavyansk and maybe I will never go to this library again? An aged woman insisted on buying a ticket and registering, but I was just passing through and went to look and pass the time. As a result, I will never come here again. 5 UAH is a small amount, but the impudence of the employee and her demand discouraged all desire to be here. As for the books, they just don't give them, they demand a cash deposit. So I don't see any sense in this library. On the Internet, any book can be found for free and you do not have to go and pay where they are impudent.

Thank you for a large collection of books you have read and a pleasant pastime in the computer room. Some of the comments complain about the staff, but I have always been friendly and open here, many people already knew me. As the saying goes "for good people, doors open themselves";)

The renovation is well done and the books are new and good in English, but why is the service so bad? The girl sat and studied with the child at her workplace, and I waited until she finished, so that they finally answered me about English clubs, which are no longer in the library. Or is tutoring in the library a priority over the visitor? Books are given out on bail, and then, it's a whole business to take this book from them. Someone is given selectively, but someone is not. The "friend or foe" system. These books are in English for bait, but just try to take it. Why then a library at all, if books are given only "for their own"?

Service shovels so far. The filing cabinets are old, handwritten in soviet forms. Signatures are taken in advance, that there is a violation of the rules. A deposit is required for each book. They run after you around the hall until you sign them in advance, but how do I know that they will sign me there? And for this they still take 5 UAH.
