The park is extended, there are no bushes, sparsely populated, there is a place for a picnic even in cold weather, lit in the central part, there are benches. However, there is an impression that the locals are sawing oaks for heating.

A cozy small park, located in the meander of the Kazenny Torets river (that is, the park is surrounded by a river on 3 sides. Now the park is overgrown and looks like a small forest. Across the river there is a city beach. In the opposite corner of the park is the palace of the former mayor.
